What should I do if the printer shows "toner will soon run out"?

I am a compatible toner cartridge seller, in dealing with customer problems, one of the most common problems encountered is: "I install a new toner cartridge into my printer not long, which shows toner will soon run out and need to replace the new toner cartridge." This is most often seen on color toner cartridges. Usually the individual toner cartridge displays 100%, while one of them shows only 25%. Why is there such a situation? I believe that many users do not know how to deal with this situation, today, I will teach you a few tricks.

Why does the newly installed toner cartridge display low print?

There are usually 4 possibilities for this phenomenon:

1. Chip data on the cartridge is not updated.

The toner cartridge with IC chip may have old data memory that is not clear, so it may record old data.

Solution: When the new powder box is installed, the powder box needs to be rotated to open the powder outlet (that is, to rotate the powder box), and then press the startup button on the panel, at this time the machine motor will rotate to fill powder, troubleshooting.

2. The printer data recorded for the old cartridge is not updated.

Besides the chip memory of the cartridge may remain old memory, the same problem exists on the printer.

Solution: Restart the printer, cold reset the printer (will set the clear 0), method: menu key - right header 2, OK key, right arrow, find "restore default value" press OK key 2, printer automatically restart.

3. Printer system shows the error message.

Sometimes the printer will report an error message, indicating that the toner is about to run out, but if the print quality is still good, you can continue to use the toner cartridge and ignore the error message.

4. Product quality problems.

If the above two methods have been tried, it is still unable to solve the problem. There maybe your toner cartridge itself has some quality problems. It is recommended to contact the merchant for replacement.

In the feedback of many users, I found that the following two kinds of toner cartridge most often appear such problems, one is Hp 410X and the other is Canon 118. Of course, it may be accidental, or the two toner cartridge are more popular, so the proportion of problems encountered is relatively high.

Anyway, if you have other solutions, please share with me. We work together to find a better solution for better printing.
