2. V4INK Branded Product Returns
Purchase the V4INK Brand? Relax and kick your feet up. You’re covered.
All of our V4INK branded products are backed by a LIFETIME 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any compatible product purchased from V4INK Products is covered from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund--your choice. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within two year from the date of purchase. Concerns made known after the two-year period will be issued store credit. Products over two year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.
3. Incorrectly Ordered Products
Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.
Purchase the wrong cartridge? As long as it’s unopened and in sellable condition we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get you taken care of!
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
6. Refund Timeline
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
