Just placed an order incorrectly？How to cancel it?

If there are some problem on your order, this article is mainly to provides you with an instruction.

Change shipping address

If you have placed the order and realize a wrong shipping address or zip code is put, please email us ( support_team@v4ink.com ) immediately to change the address. If the ordered was shipped, we can not make any measures for the order.

So please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order; If you find any errors after placing an order, please contact us immediately and we will deal with it asap.

PS: If you choose PAYPAL as payment method, your shipping address will be the same as your billing address. If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us before the order is shipped.

Wrong item purchased / No longer needed

Sometime, it is possible to buy a product by mistake. If you have just placed an incorrect order and want to cancel, how should you do?

Under normal circumstances, you can immediately contact us by email to feedback your situation. We will reply you within 24 hrs. But you may worry that we have delivered the goods as we didn't reply in time. If so, you can also apply a refund request on web page by yourself, which is more convenient and efficient (Of course, it would be better to email us at the same time).Once we received your application, we will contact you with 24-48 hours to confirm the issues.

So how to apply a refund request on our website?

      1. Log in your account and then click “My Orders”

      2. You could see your order history and each order information(including order number, price, order status). Find the order you want to cancel,click “Details”.

      3. After entering into the order information page, Click “Return or Exchange”

      4. Select the information and then describe your request in detail (reason,your printer model...). Finally Click “save”

      5. You could check your request in “My return”

      6. We will process your request once we see. And you could email us at the same time. We can get you taken care of!
